Clients will be able to view all of their necessary mortgage information including rate, term, amount, lender, the lawyer they are using, plus much more. Clients can communicate directly with their mortgage broker through a messaging application saving hundreds of emails that go back and fourth throughout the process. Docwire allows you to setup a deal, assign it to the client then have the client upload and send the documents you require. All of the documents are stored in Docwire and are associated to each specific deal.

Use Docwire as your main source for storing client information. Docwire allows you to export and import client contact lists.
It is a perfect tool to manage all of your client information as it is accessible at anytime as long as you are connected to the Internet. Docwire also allows you to add, edit and delete individual contacts, as needed.
Manage and track active and archived mortgage deals
Docwire manages the entire deal process with the client. It shows all relevant information for each deal in the active deal section of your dashboard. It displays how far along you are in the deal process and provides access to all of the client documents and messaging.
Docwire has full editing capabilities too! If you or your assistant are managing a deal and need to edit a document, no problem! Click on the documents button connected to that deal and upload a new file within seconds. Editing any other pertinent information is a piece of cake! Once a deal is completed, you can archive it for future access.
Renewal reminders
Docwire has a neat feature that allows you to be notified on any archived deals that are coming up for renewal. You will never be late notifying your client of their renewal date, assisting them with their options for their next mortgage.
It will send out email notifications letting you know when a renewal is 5 years out, 3 years out, 1 year out and then every month within the last 6 months of its renewal date. Docwire has a specific section inside the dashboard which allows you to manage and review all of your renewals. Renewal reminders act as a great customer relationship management feature!
